Senior Architect

Senior Architect - Greater London / NW London

We are seeking a qualified Architect with over 10 years of practical experience working in the UK to join a growing multidisciplinary Design & Construction company. The firm is friendly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, looking to expand to meet increased demand in their niche sectors. Projects are complex and highly serviced, predominantly based in the UK with occasional overseas work.

Responsibilities

- Running smaller projects individually or working as part of a team.

- Acting as an Architectural Design Team Leader on larger projects, managing a team of 2-4 persons based on office workload and abilities.

- Working on RIBA stages 2, 3, 4, and/or 5.

Requirements

- Qualified Architect with 10+ years of professional architectural design experience in the UK.

- At least 5 years of practical experience with Revit.

- Excellent design skills with experience in highly serviced, complex projects. Any previous pharma, lab or life science experience would be highly desirable.

- Thorough understanding of planning and building control requirements.

- Ability and flexibility to work across multiple projects to achieve set deadlines.

- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

Software Experience

Required: Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, MS Office suite, SketchUp.

Desirable: Navisworks, InDesign, Photoshop, 3D Studio or similar.
