Our client offers a full turnkey package, including feasibility studies, planning, manufacturing, and installation. The Role:

As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing modular homes that blend aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. You will lead architectural projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of modular homes from concept to completion.


• Work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to create innovative and efficient designs.


• Ensure projects meet sustainability and environmental goals.


• Oversee planning applications, building regulations, and compliance.


• Mentor junior architects and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.


• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and modular construction technologies.

About the benefits / rewards:

The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary between �55,000 - �65,000.

Requirements:

• A degree in Architecture and relevant industry experience.


• Chartered status (RIBA/ARB or equivalent) preferred.


• Strong portfolio showcasing modular construction projects.


• Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software.


• In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainability standards.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
