Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician to join a leading multi disciplinary practice near Kidderminster, West Midlands.

The practice are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team in the in-house Estates Department as a key player in delivering exceptional architectural designs and visualisations. Based at their prestigious Head office, this role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise nationwide on projects spanning multiple sectors, including Residential, Retail, Industrial and Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the standard, layout, and styling of drawings
• Conduct building and site surveys using cutting-edge tools
• Prepare CAD drawings for various purposes
• Design new projects in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with various departments to provide top-tier service

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Technology or a HNC/HND in a related field
• Proficiency in measured surveys and drawing processes
• Strong problem-solving skills in measurement and drawing aspects
• Full clean driving license

In return, the successful Senior Architectural Technician will be offered a salary & benefits package that will include the following:
