Senior Architectural Technician

As the projects continue to come in for this buoyant architectural consultancy in their specialism of housing they are looking to add a Senior Tech to the talented ranks'. The office was set up 12 years ago and has 20 staff members across design, planning and technical who work with a wide range of clients.

Taking control of bespoke, affordable and private housing developments 'post planning' your responsibilities will include.

- Producing construction information

- Cost control

- Overseeing the work from team members

- Working with external consultants

We would like to hear from applicants who have worked on housing projects who are proficient with AutoCAD.� You should be able to run multiple projects and have a through understanding of construction legislations.
