Senior Architectural Technologist

Lawray Architects are seeking a creative and innovative Senior Architectural Technologist to join our award-winning design led practice. Whilst based in our London studio, our agile working policy will give you the opportunity to work with colleagues across the UK. You would be directly involved in all stages of architectural projects in the education, residential, commercial, blue light and industrial sectors. The Senior Architectural Technologist will be a key member of the team focusing on work in all sectors for a range of varied and challenging projects across different work stages. Interpreting client needs, creating exceptional designs and highly detailed drawings, leading Lawray teams to successfully deliver projects within financial budgets and deadlines. Negotiable, depending on experience. Qualifications Professionally qualified, RIBA Part III preferred. 5 years relevant post-qualification experience. Highly proficient in using Revit, generally tech savvy with good BIM understanding. Exceptional design skills with a thorough knowledge of technical and construction information. Proven track record of successful project management, leading teams and running projects. Legal knowledge relating to contracts, regulations, codes etc. Commercial awareness, promoting the practice to generate new business and optimise good relations.
