The Senior Architectural Technologist Role
As the Senior Technologist, you will be responsible for leading RIBA Stages 4 and 5 and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects. You will be managing a team of six architects, overseeing technical delivery, and providing mentorship to junior staff. Your role will also include:

• Leading project teams, writing specifications, and managing budgets
• Driving quality standards and ensuring compliance
• Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing and testing new products and processes

The Senior Architectural Technologist
You are a Senior Architectural Technologist with a robust technical background and experience in commercial refurbishment projects. You thrive in team environments, possess strong leadership skills, and are eager to inspire and develop others.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience in commercial refurbishment
• Strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate technical details clearly
• A passion for mentoring and team development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus but not essential
• Team management experience
• Strong communication skills and a keen interest in quality management
