Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team on a permanent basis at their Kettering office.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Excellent design skills, creativity, and planning and technical knowledge
• A solid understanding of building regulations
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• The majority of their projects are delivered in REVIT therefore knowledge and experience of BIM would be advantageous
• Candidates should be creative, enthusiastic and believe in their talent
• Experience of Cobie data an advantage.
• Knowledge of NBS.
• Must possess an eye for detail and design.
