The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will boast technical excellence, a diverse portfolio of projects and extensive post qualification experience, along with proficiency in Revit.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
A degree in HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or relevant degree
Strong technical expertise
Proficiency in Revit, and AutoCAD
Extensive Job running experience
Working towards MCIAT is beneficial
Experience across a range of sectors such as commercial, healthcare, residential
Thirst to continue professional development and new technical solutions
Thorough knowledge of current building regulations
Substantial post qualification experience
Experience across the later RIBA stages
Passionate about sustainable designs and innovation
