Senior Associate - 7+ PQE Environment - Leading International Law Firm

Our client is a leading international law firm which is currently enjoying consistent growth and success.
The firm, which is highly regarded for its real estate practice, is looking for a senior associate of at least 7 years’ pqe in environmental law to join its national team. As part of the environment team within the firm’s real estate practice, you will be providing specialist advice to a range of well-known clients and will focus on our client’s climate and sustainability practice, often liaising with their climate change team which advises clients on their net-zero and climate change commitments and obligations.
Ideally you will be with a leading UK firm and have strong skills and experience of providing both strategic and regulatory advice on environmental, natural capital and climate and sustainability issues, together with the contract drafting and negotiating skills.
Relevant experience will include advising developers on Biodiversity Net Gain and Nutrient Neutrality, as well as advising on natural capital and carbon offsetting projects and commercial agreements relating to BNG, Nutrient Neutrality and other climate and sustainability matters to name just a few examples.
