Senior / Associate Architectural Technologist

Senior / Associate level Architectural Technologist required to join a progressive medium sized Commercial Architectural Practice in Leeds City centre.

The successful candidate will join the business and actively contribute to achieving our clients key goals, including AJ100 status, business growth and the development of a sustainable culture.

Role

The role of Senior / Associate Architectural Technologist will see you taking a leading role and a supporting role in all aspects of commercial creative delivery to a range of existing and new clients offering the highest possible client centric professional services.

You will be proficient in all aspects of project design and delivery though RIBA stages 0-7, inspire and develop junior colleagues to ensure the highest quality synergetic service delivery.

What our client requires

• A seasoned and career aspirational Architectural Technologist with circa 10 years' experience currently operating at a Senior or Associate level.
• MCIAT would be highly desirable
• Previous experience of working in a Commercial Architectural Practice.
• An interest in specialized areas of construction such as MMC, carbon net zero initiatives, health & well-being.
• Engage in a proven business development strategy cantered on key account management, while nurturing and expanding client relationships.
• A client-centric approach.

Join a synergetic team that believes together they can do better, you will receive a starting salary between �50,000 - �55,000 plus 25 days holiday. 3% employers contribution pension, sickness protection cover, professional fees.
