Senior Associate Building SurveyorLondon Area (Super Hybrid)Up to £90,000 + Bonus (performance related)We are supporting the growth of a newly formed, multi-office Building Consultancy – with the addition of a ‘second in command’ for the Director in-situ for the London office. The firm is spearheaded by hugely experienced, and highly regarded Directors, who have an impressive and longstanding client base.The Directors all worked together, in a prominent private practice – so this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fresh and dynamic consultancy, but one which operates already with ease and with a collaborative feel.In terms of growth, the plan is to expand the London team – to 6/7 Building Surveyors over the next couple of years, but while this is coming to fruition, the firm are able to offer a high degree of flexible working – realistically, we’d envisage 1 or 2 days per week in London or site.The role:Clients are typically within the commercial, life science and high end residential space, and the role is very mixed between professional and project management duties. You’ll be expected to undertake the following:Schedules of dilapidationsReinstatement Cost AssessmentsProject Management & CA dutiesPlanned maintenance schedulesCondition surveysManagement of juniors, as the team growsBusiness development (but no requirement for this from day 1).About you:The ideal candidate will be a qualified member of the RICS, and have significant commercial Building Surveying experience.You should possess the ability to work autonomously, with drive and ambition – due to the nature of the WFH offering.In return:Salary up to £85,000Generous performance related bonusOpportunity to work from home up to 4 days per weekScope for Directorship/ equityCarriera Limited values diversity and promotes equality and no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate against any protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
