Senior / Associate Building Surveyor

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor�position for and on behalf of one of our clients.�

The position is based near Manchester for and exciting consultancy practice who are growing year on year. They work in all sectors of the built environment.�

The role is for a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Cost reporting


• Tender analysis


• Professional services; condition reports, dilapidations etc


• Contract administrations


• Client care


• Progress reports & programming

Senior / Associate Building Surveyor requirements for the role are:

• Minimum of 4�years experience


• Both professional services and project based experience


• Autonomously running projects


• Client care experience


• MRICS chartered.�
