Arrow Global is a leading vertically integrated alternative asset manager specialising in private credit and real estate. We have a newly created opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Capital Allocation team. This team is part of the Fund Management area of Arrow and is focused on ensuring the most appropriate capital allocation decisions are made on behalf of investors. The team is actively involved across all areas of the Arrow front-office, including capital formation & client relations, investments & lending decisions, as well as ongoing portfolio management, valuation and performance monitoring. The role-holder will work side-by-side with top professionals in translating strategy into numbers and then turning data into clear insights for leadership. Key responsibilities include: Conduct analysis over a range of projects to support fund management decisions across Arrow s third-party-managed funds. Develop models and analytical methods to effectively analyse performance and profitability of the various investment strategies conducted within the Group. Actively support fundraising for new product launches, including answering investor queries, generating returns projections & other ad hoc analysis as necessary. Monitor the performance of the fund(s) under management, investigate trends and identify areas requiring further analysis. Contribute to analysis of existing positions, including stress-testing & sensitivity analysis for existing assets under management. Respond to specific queries/answering questions, explaining outputs to internal stakeholders. Lead in the future development of the modelling architecture, including assessment & implementation of business intelligence tools (e.g. Anaplan, Dynamics 365), as necessary. We are looking for a professional who meets the following requisites: Strong academic background, within a quantitative discipline, e.g. Business, Economics, Accounting or STEM fields(s). Demonstrable knowledge of, &/or an aptitude for Financial Modeling. 3 years relevant work experience. Strong MS Office Excel skills. A high degree of attention to detail with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex information from multiple sources. A self-motivated individual capable of using own initiative to drive improvements in business processes. A relevant Financial Qualification will be an advantage (e.g. Accountancy qualification / CFA / CPA), however is not essential.
