Senior Associate Transaction Services

We have partnered with a mid-market financial advisory firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Transaction Services Senior Associate to operate within their corporate finance team.

As a Transaction Services Senior Associate you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in buy-side and sell-side due diligence.
Interpreting financial data and business models.
Performing discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, guideline public company analysis, guideline transaction analysis and option pricing valuation techniques.
Qualifications:
Preferably a chartered Accountant and/or relevant work experience.
Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience within Transaction Services or Valuations.
