What You'll Be Doing:

• Sell and upsell essential utility services to new customers and drive business growth.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into sales.
• Close deals effectively - the more you sell, the more you earn.
• Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Overcome objections and turn hesitation into commitment.

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least one year of proven sales success, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
• Confidence and charisma in building relationships and closing sales.
• A competitive and resilient mindset, thriving under pressure.
• Self-motivation and excellent organisation skills to manage your pipeline efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in utilities or telecoms is a bonus.
