This is the perfect chance for someone to take a premium brand to the next level across the On & Off Trade.Role:Ensure brand plans and activations are delivered on time, in full, and are evaluated regularly.Support, coach and mentor direct reportsWork closely with the Digital & Content team to supporttheir delivery of brand plans, helping where needed to get jobs done.drive, deliver and report on business performance.Ensure budget and PO trackers and monthly reports are up-to-date and accurate.Deliver on specific KPIs based on commercial objectives and key brand metrics. i.E. Volume, Value, Distribution, ROS as well as consumer metricsAbout You:3+ years brand or product management experience within FMCG or Drinks.People management experienceA passion for the on-tradeA real self-starter that can solve challenges and use initiative to deliver.Highly numerate and commercial thinking with a clear ability to present robust and compelling insight.
