Senior Brand Manager

We are working with a fast-growing, purpose-driven global brand, looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join their dynamic global marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketer with strong FMCG experience to lead and support brand development across international markets.The Role:Collaborate with regional brand teams to ensure effective market insights and regional activation excellence.Contribute to the global 5-year brand growth strategy, focusing on reporting KPIs and tracking brand health metrics.Lead the creation and execution of global brand propositions, communications strategies, and consumer engagement plans.Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistency across B2B and B2C touchpoints, and maintain brand guidelines.Work closely with creative and digital agencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.Guide the team through global NPD/EPD projects, ensuring brand representation and collaboration.Play a key role in sharing global marketing best practices and supporting regional offices to optimise scalability opportunities.You:Significant experience in FMCG brand management, ideally across multiple markets.Strong understanding of brand development, activation, and consumer insights.Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams.Hands-on approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Experience managing budgets and third-party agencies.Creative thinker with experience managing marketing platforms and campaigns.Line management experience with a track record of coaching and developing talent.This is an incredible opportunity for a motivated individual looking to make a significant impact in a global setting.
