This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Performance Consultant to join an international multidisciplined consultancy based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will take the lead on a range of Net zero projects.

Role responsibilities for a Senior Building Performance Consultant:

• Lead on Net-Zero projects, undertaking site visits and mentoring the more junior members of the team
• Use IES-VE to carry out a variety of building performance modelling reports
• Produce operational energy modelling studies and Part O assessments in accordance with CIBSE TM54 & TM59
• Produce Passive design studies that can be incorporated with net zero strategies

The ideal Senior Building Performance Consultant will have:

• An educational background within sustainability, energy, or a building services discipline
• 3 to 5 years' experience within a relevant role, having a successful background in delivering on net zero projects
• Proficiency in IES-VE software to carry out building performance energy modelling reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
