Senior Building Surveyor

TSA Surveying is representing a national property consultant aiming to strengthen their Liverpool team. This consultant is poised for significant expansion, driven by a surge in frameworks and fees. They are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor who wants to grow with the company and have an opportunity to progress into leadership roles due to increased fees and team expansion.  Over the past three years, they’ve successfully doubled both their team size and fees, with ambitions to replicate this achievement over the next 3 years, further doubling their team and fees.

 

They are in search of a Senior Building Surveyor who thrive on a diverse range of projects and survey work. Additionally, there is an opportunity to cultivate and grow a team due to the company’s expansion, along with the avenues for progression to higher seniority levels.

 

The successful candidate will engage in a variety of local authority projects, consisting of commercial, blue light, education, and healthcare sectors. The building surveying team works on projects with budgets up to £5million, overseeing the entire process. Focusing on design and contract administration on projects such as lifecycle replacements, internal refits, and remodelling.
