Person Specification:

• MRICS qualified – Chartered Building Surveyor


• Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience


• You will ideally have broad UK experience within commercial Building Surveying


• Experience across a range of professional instructions

Roles & Responsibilities:

You will ideally have broad experience in project work and the associated professional instructions:

• Dilapidations


• Surveys


• Party Wall Matters


• Contract Administration


• Project Management


• Building Pathology

Salary & Package:

Salary of £63,000 – £70,000, dependent on experience.

• Bonus – 10% on all over-target billing


• Annual ski trip from Associate level and up
