Senior Building Surveyor

I have had a requirement from my local authority client to onboard a Senior Building Surveyor for a 6 month interim contract. This could be extended further after the initial 6 months.Requirements:Experience working in a similar role as Senior Building Surveyor with a Local Authority or Housing Association.Experience working on planned maintenance/reactive repairs, day to day repairs, and managing a small team or building surveyors.Knowledge of contracts management and acquisitions.RICS chartered is beneficial but not essential.Job Details:Contract Length: 6 monthsIR35 status: Inside.Rate: Negotiable DOE.If this position is of interest please apply and I will be in touch with you!
