Senior Asset Building Surveyor
Hybrid role - working from one of our offices (flexible on where you are based) from home and across our property portfolio in the South-East and East Midlands
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw)
Circa £55,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Join us in our fantastic role of Senior Asset Building Surveyor and support us in the delivery of our asset programme to maintain high quality homes with long-term investment plans for refurbishment and remediation properties. In this exciting new role, you can make a big impact leading the delivery of our schemes from governance stages through to start on site. As our internal technical expert on building construction and defects, youll bring creative solutions to guide and lead your team of Surveyors, working with stakeholders to work through options and best solutions for our programme.
