As part of their commitment to continuous improvement, they offer extensive opportunities for personal development, training, and professional advancement.They are seeking skilled and experienced building surveyors to support both the advisory and consultancy functions, as well as take on project-based responsibilities within their growing practice.Senior Surveyor   This senior-level position is predominantly project-focused, with the successful candidate overseeing multiple projects, taking on roles such as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager. The role also includes advisory responsibilities, involving key building surveying services such as defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord and tenant matters, reinstatement cost assessments, party wall issues, and general consultancy advice.The projects typically range in value from 500K to 6M, covering a variety of sectors, including external renovations, internal common area design, private refurbishments, and significant façade remediation projects. Proficiency with the JCT suite of contracts is essential, with familiarity in NEC contracts considered advantageous.
