Senior Building Surveyor

A leading property consultancy with a growing presence in Bristol is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team and take on a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors.

The Senior Building Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will work closely with clients to deliver a full range of professional and project-related services, including condition surveys, defect analysis, design and specification, and contract administration.

This varied role will involve working on projects across the commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors, with project values ranging up to �10 million.

As a senior team member, you will also play a vital role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to the development of the Bristol office.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualification or close to achieving it
• Strong experience in both project and professional Building Surveying services
• Expertise in JCT contracts and contract administration
• A proactive approach to client management and business development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
