Senior Business Analyst – Business Integration – Financial MarketsA major financial markets firm is driving integration between business units and have an opportunity for a senior business analyst with business integration experience within a financial markets context to drive strategic analysis for the integration.You will be work on a cross-functional basis, including with the front office, to drive integration between risk, finance, operations, and technology. This is suited to someone with deep functional experience within one of these areas, as well as strong asset class knowledge and proven experience on large business integration projects, rather than systems integration.You should apply for this role if you are/have:10+ years business/strategic analysis experience within major financial markets firmDemonstrable and proven experience on business integration projectsBusiness change rater than pure technology experience (operating model, process etc.)Deep functional experience in the front office, risk, finance, or operationsStrong experience in one or more traded asset classExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institutionThis is a £600-650/day PAYE role, based London initially for six months.
