This East Midlands based Housing Association is looking to hire for a Senior Business Analyst to help co-design and optimise the delivery of technology, data and digital transformation projects.
As Senior Business Analyst, you will help to scope out requirements and set the foundations for change and then support with the successful delivery of business wide improvement activities and transformation projects. This is a brand-new autonomous role with a broad remit impacting all areas of the group.
The business is about to embark on two key digital projects that will overhaul their approach to their customer and business systems. As Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical part in liaising with a variety of stakeholders, business teams, and service leads to influence a customer-centric design outcome. You will understand “as is” business processes and map out the route to new implementations. A key focus of your role will be to champion customer experience, improve business efficiency and increase digital functionality.
The role has got backing at an executive level as this Housing Association looks to put transformation at the heart of all they do, so this is a great opportunity to make a real impact and drive meaningful change.
You would be a great fit as a Senior Business Analyst if you have: Business analysis experience where you have designed, selected, and implemented customer experience focused digital solutions Experience working on digital transformation programmes Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience of using business analysis tools and techniques to understand and demonstrate processes and requirements.
This role is hybrid with two days a month at their office in Lincolnshire. This can drop to more remote if needed after 3 to 6 months with the business.
The salary on offer is £45,000 with some great benefits.
