* Collaborating with subject matter experts to design solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
* Ensuring consistent application of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Managing the allocation of resources and guiding teams through complex project lifecycles.
What You’ll Need:
* Extensive experience in managing the business analysis function within IT projects.
* Proven leadership in guiding and mentoring Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
* Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools, with practical application in IT systems change.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* A formal business analysis qualification or equivalent experience.
