Hayward Hawk are working in partnership with a leading professional services firm to source aSenior Business Development Executive to join their Digital team. This role offers an opportunity to enhance your business development skills while collaborating closely with various team members. You will have the opportunity to lead small to medium-sized projects under guidance. The role: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify the best strategies for engaging with target clients through meetings, conferences, events, podcasts, webinars, and more. Assist the Digital BDM, Directors, Head of and Senior Managers in the preparation of BD materials including tenders, pitches and bids. Work with key stakeholders to draft and finalise capability statements that fulfil client requests for information Support the Marketing and Communication teams in executing regional BD, communications, and marketing projects, while tracking their success and return on investment. This includes sharing content across internal and external channels such as the intranet, website, and social media. Develop new initiatives that align with the business plan. Identify opportunities and assist key stakeholders in enhancing internal profile, awareness, and understanding. Manage content on the intranet and website. Assist Senior Managers in preparing BD materials, including tenders, pitches, and bids. Oversee the collection and sourcing of credentials, tenders, pitches, and bids for the Group. Work closely with other BD teams to provide necessary information and credentials for panel pitches. Collaborate with the BD and events teams to execute successful client seminars, third-party, and external events. Support the delivery of best practice/business development soft skills training across the practice group. Address ad-hoc queries from practice group stakeholders and other BD teams. Provide general support for BD and marketing activities as requested. The candidate: 3-4 years of business development experience in a professional services firm. Degree educated or equivalent work experience. Effective communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written. Experience working in a partnership setting. Ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Enthusiastic, proactive, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take ownership and follow up on tasks.
