Senior Business Development Manager Location: Southwark, London Salary: £50-52k base (£66-70k OTE Uncapped Commission) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) Do you thrive in a tech-driven environment and have a passion for property management? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager with robust experience in property management and tenant management systems. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Build and strengthen customer networks, creating and leveraging business opportunities through consultative practices. Customer Engagement: Enhance product and service engagement through effective demonstrations and customer interactions. Strategic Planning: Contribute to go-to-market strategies, budget forecasting, and execute plans to meet revenue targets. Metric Tracking: Track and report on key metrics related to outreach activities, lead generation, and conversion rates. Share insights and learnings with the team and wider company. Team Collaboration: Mentor and support junior team members, improve work processes, and collaborate across various teams. Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. CRM Proficiency: Maintain and improve CRM practices, ensuring accurate customer records and pipeline forecasting. Representation: Network and represent the company at industry events, gaining insights for potential product enhancements. Must Haves: Property Management Systems Experience: Experience within the residential Proptech space, particularly with property management and tenant management systems. SaaS Experience: 2-3 years of essential experience in B2B sales within SaaS. This is a critical requirement for the role. Tech Savvy: Passionate about technology and the property sector. Client-Focused: Excellent at face-to-face interactions and building relationships with C-suite clients. Organised: Strong documentation and communication skills, tailored to various audiences. Resilient: Optimistic, tenacious, and comfortable with ambiguity. Strategic Thinker: Capable of tying lead generation to a comprehensive strategy.
