1. Job PurposePromote Tigermed branding and services in EMEA and further explore the market by working closely with Tigermed China and overseas team.2. Responsibilities2.1 Market DevelopmentProvide inputs on EMEA market development strategy and achieve the annual target of contract amount set by the company;Responsible for expanding the market in EMEA; Promote the company's brands and services to clients in EMEA and other countries if possible through multiple approaches/events by leveraging support from China BD, BDPC, marketing, PR team and other functions;Actively identify new customers and bidding opportunities to achieve the ultimate goal of increasing the company market shares in EMEA and other countries if possible;Work closely with China BD team to address the needs in EMEA from Chinese sponsors; bring clients from the EMEA and other countries to Tigermed China for their service needs.2.2 Business DevelopmentResponsible for feasibility study of potential projects, ensure the accuracy of quotation provided and information required by the project team, review the quotation and contract related documents, coordinate and arrange all the relevant departments to participate in the bidding meeting; follow up with potential clients on their clinical needs until clients’ final decision on any project;Provide inputs to BDPC team on the budgeting, contract revenue based on the selected sites, target enrollment etc., by working closely with Tigermed overseas operation team and other relevant teams/functions;Prepare business development report and communicate with clinical operation team on regular basis to ensure internal resource is well organized and ready to support.2.3 On-going supportParticipate in the review of all project quality control and progress reports, ensure the completeness and accuracy of business related documents;As the key representative of the company in EMEA, communicate with clients on regular basis to update key initiatives of Tigermed and change of the industry, maintain good relations with the sites and clients.3. QualificationsBachelor degree or above in medical or marketing related discipline;Master the market trend and understand the relevant local regulations; Be able to interpret the relevant regulation updates and understand the implication of the changes to the local market and clients;Familiar with GCP and Tigermed SOP;Have network with local clients of the industry;At least 5-8 years' of business or project management experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industry, 5 years of international client management experience in relevant industry. At least 5 years business development and contract negotiation experience;Proficiency in verbal/written communication in English;Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
