Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Radway Green, Crewe; Glascoed, South Wales; or Washington, Tyne & Wear
Salary: Circa £68,000 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
Acting as a key focal point for business development across the Land UK business
Enabling business growth through effective order pipeline management and prioritisation of resources
Owning key customer and partner relationships across both the UK and international markets
Influencing and shape our customer engagement activities
Ensuring excellence in business winning capability and culture across the team
Leading and developing a team of direct reports
Deputising for the Business Development and Strategy Director where required
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Extensive experience working in Business Development, within a highly regulated industry
Shipley business winning training or equivalent
Experience in securing major defence contracts
Deep understanding of Business Development processes
Ability to foster strong relationships at a range of levels
Demonstrable leadership skills
Desirable:
Experience in leading small teams of business development professionals
