Senior Business Manager, Capital Markets

Our client is a highly regarded international Investment Bank, offering a range of services including Sales & Trading, M&A and ECM to clients in UK, Europe and the US. The firm has a very successful Fixed Income business, and we are currently working with the London office to find a highly skilled and experienced MD-Level Business Manager to join the team. As a Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:Supervising middle office operations, ensuring efficient bond settlements and private instrument closings – familiarity with loan documentation is importantCollaborating with Risk and Compliance teams to develop and implement risk management frameworksStaying updated on regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and implementing necessary policy adjustmentsManaging the Fixed Income budget, monitoring expenses and implement cost-saving measuresFostering strong internal relationships across UK/Europe and US teams, ensuring seamless communication and policy implementationThe role is well suited to an experienced Business Manager/Operations Professional individual with proven leadership and effective communication skills, as well as being self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a keen interest in operational efficiency.
