Senior Buyer - Hybrid

A diverse role where you will manage the entire procurement process and drive supplier relationships based in a modern facility in Redditch.
This company designs and manufactures bleeding-edge technology that has positively impacted a high-tech industry.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of procurement experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment. As the company is rapidly expanding, you must be adaptable and a great communicator.
Their procurement is entirely project-based, and you will be in charge of your diary and scheduling processes. You will need procurement-related qualifications, experience using an ERP/MRP system, and excellent organisational skills.
This role will have one direct report in the future, so you must be an ambitious, motivated individual looking to progress long-term. Although the company is rapidly growing, it can maintain a family-run business environment.
There is a hybrid mode of working three days in the office and two from home.
This role is looking for:

• A qualification in Procurement.
• At least three years of industry experience in a manufacturing environment.
