Relevant Industry Qualifications
Worked in a NHS Trust for 3 or more years.
Key Responsibilities ?

To manage and fulfil the full range of duties in the implementation of building and engineering works as part of the Capital Programme.
To prepare designs for major capital works in accordance with all current legislation.
To deputise for the Deputy Head of Capital Development as the situation requires.
To support the Deputy Head of Capital Development in the effective management of the total resources of the Department.
To provide support in leadership responsibility for the Estates Development Department, ensuring the most effective planning, development and management of all services provided.The Role

This role is a temp 12 month contract with the ability to go Perm at the end.
The salary for this role is £35.10 an hour.
