Senior Capital Project Manager

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a freelance Capital Project Manager to commence a 3 month project. This role is to start on 10th March 2025.

The Role

The project you will be working on will be a Senior Capital Project Manager on a healthcare facility. You will be working for one of the UK's largest Construction and Facility Management companies in the UK.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure that specified contract performance indicators are monitors, validated and recorded
• Communicate with sub contractors to ensure compliance with the project agreement
• Monthly reporting to the deputy director
• Market testing of FM services as required by the project
• Oversee irregular maintenance budget

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working in a Facilities Management role
• Experience in working as a Capital Project Manager
• Preference to have experience within FM work on healthcare facilities

What's on offer

• �24.04 - �28.85 per hour dependent on experience
• Weekly pay on a Friday
