Senior Care Assistant - Care Home

At Apsley Healthcare, we are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated senior carer. The senior will be responsible for working in residential homes.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of carers while providing assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist residents with mobility and transfer as needed.
Administer medications and maintain accurate records as per established protocols.
Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate staff.
Qualifications:
Must have right to work in the UK
Must have 6 months or more experience in healthcare in the UK
Previous experience working in a residential home or similar environment
Must have an enhanced DBS that is on the update service (If you do not have a DBS, we can help provide this for you)
Must have mandatory training (If you do not have this, we can help provide training for you)
