Hours: 36 or 48 Hours | Night Shift = 48 Hours over Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun

Position: Senior Care Assistant (Both Day & Night Shifts Available)
Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant (Both Day & Night Shifts):
Home Management Support:
Assist the Home Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager in the efficient and caring management of the home.
Conduct walking handovers, ensuring accountability for all residents at the start and end of shifts.
Ensure staff contribute to the efficient running of the home, creating the right atmosphere, and leading by example.
Training and Development:
Support the training and development of all staff.
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the in-house training program to a high standard.
Personal Care and Environment:
Support residents with all aspects of personal care while main...
