I am looking to hire a CDP for Manchester's leading, high-end restaurant. As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our esteemed kitchen team.

As a Senior Chef de Partie at you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent delivery of top-quality dishes. You will work closely with the brigade including the Chef Patron, taking responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to menu development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your section.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Manage and train junior chefs, ensuring they are working efficiently and maintaining high standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant setting. Michelin experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
Leadership abilities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
