The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Chef De Partie to join this highly respected and successful restaurant, which holds a Michelin Star. Youll work closely with a forward thinking and inspiring Head Chef, who will support with your continued career development.
As Senior Chef De Partie, youll work within a team of 15 Chefs, taking responsibility for a section for la carte service for up to 75 covers. Youll be creating modern European cuisine, using the finest seasonal ingredients, with everything made in house.
4 days/3 days off

Every hour paid

Senior Chef De Partie
Previous experience as a Senior Chef De Partie (or Chef de Partie ready for progression) within high-end 2-3AA rosette restaurants is needed, as well as knowledge of modern European cuisine.
Flexibility to work 48-52 hours over 6-7 shifts per week.
A positive and optimistic attitude, someone who will have the back of their colleagues.
The desire to challenge themselves and hunger for learning.
