Senior chef de partie & Sous chef - Gastro pub

Senior chef de partie & sous chef required for a produce focused gastro pub. This gastro pub is really big on the produce they use, sourcing local and seasonal produce. Due to the location, your own transport will be required. This Senior chef de partie role is paid hourly at £15 per hour and 45 hour weeks (£35k inc service). The sous chef is £16.75 per hour (£39k)

The role
GAP 1: As a senior chef de partie you will run a core section in the kitchen, you will ensure your section will run smoothly and you will support more junior chef de parties as well. you will prep your section, using fresh produce and ensure everything runs smoothly in your section. You will cook in service and ensure the plates are on the pass to the required standards. This role will include all the normal senior chef de partie duties. GAP 2: The sous chef role will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will run the pass when the head chef is off and run a section on the other days. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for Sous chef senior chef de partie with fresh food, good knowledge of produce and good knife skills.
