An excellent opportunity awaits you to become a vital member of the Senior Leadership Team at Canons House in the role of Senior Child Care Officer. As a crucial contributor to the Leadership and Management of our home, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of care for children and young people.
At Canons House, we provide short breaks for children (5-17) with complex learning disabilities, health needs, and challenging behaviours. Our 'whole child' approach ensures empathetic, holistic care, fostering stability, belonging, and positive well-being. We champion diversity, promote equality, and partner with families and professionals to deliver tailored care for all.
Join us in creating positive outcomes for every child as a Senior Care Officer leading diverse in-house and community activities, encouraging staff to contribute to enriching experiences aligned with children's views and wishes.
We seek a confident, knowledgeable, and experienced professional capable of supervising and ensuring the safe delivery of care for children and young people with complex health needs.
