Senior Chromatography Service Engineer
Salary: £40k – £50k + Vehicle + Healthcare + commission
Location: Remote
nGenium is currently partnered with an exciting client leading the way in Chromatography equipment with a great opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer specialising in HPLC to progress into a product specialist.
In this Field Service Engineer position, an engineer can expect:
- Optimisation of hardware and software at customer sites.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to product performance.
- Performing service, maintenance, calibration and occasional training.
- Calibrating customer equipment in accordance with specified standards.
- Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and improve service
- Providing remote technical support to customers.
- Identify sales opportunities with existing clients and follow up on enquiries.
A suitable Chromatography Field Service Engineer would need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Field Service Engineer position on chromatography equipment.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of HPLC.
- Experience in a customer facing role with strong interpersonal and people skills
- Clean UK driving license and full right to work
