Senior Claims Adjuster (US Casualty)
Reports to - Casualty and Financial Lines Claims Manager
Location - Hybrid, London EC3
Finitas are pleased to be partnered with a high performing Lloyd's MGA to identify two claims professionals for their growing casualty team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company renowned for excellence in claims management and outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure claims are handled to high standards, complying with Lloyd's principles and internal guidelines.
Manage allocated claims to satisfactory conclusions, aiming to minimise claims life cycle and static claims.
Analyse complex information, investigate coverage issues, examine claims liability, and negotiate with counter parties.
Accurately assess and identify trends, managing outsource providers and TPAs to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Experience required:
A minimum of 5 years handling casualty claims (professional lines is desirable)
Experience in auditing TPAs, coverholders, and lawyers
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with US jurisdictions
