From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Senior Collections Executive to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans.

As a Senior Collections Executive, you will play a key role in helping the business maintain its financial health by identifying customers who have missed payments or may be getting close to that point and then work closely with those customers to minimise bad debt. You'll work together with customers to develop options that work for both the customer and the business, whilst also supporting the Collections Manager to manage workloads, support complex cases and drive team performance.

Role responsibilities;

  • Supporting the Collections Manager with the effective day to day management of workloads
  • Training and development and upskilling of the team.
  • Act as a point of escalation to support on more complex cases, which may include forbearance, rescheduling of payments, writing off charges etc.
  • Maintain and administer a portfolio of customers who have missed payments
  • Negotiate, and discuss options with customers and equipment suppliers in respect of arrears
  • Assist with reporting requirements and case summaries.

Key skills required;

  • Experience managing a team including one to ones and training
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Prior collections experience would be beneficial
