Viking require x1 Senior Commercial Lead in Watford for a temp to perm role.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience required:

 

• Key areas the role focuses on - procurement management, contract & financial management. Ideally, the candidate with have some knowledge / experience within one of these areas.

• RICS Accredited - desirable

Responsibilities & Duties include:

• They will be required to liaise with teams across the South East region, London, Home Counties Hampshire. With primary focus around Northolt and Sandhurst.


• SCL will sit within the Core Services Business Unit - Planned, low value additional works contracts for Hard Services (MOD Built Estate FM Services).


• Teams interviews will be held


• Performing all required duties on site as instructed


• Conduct work according to industry health & safety standards
