Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead the development, planning, and implementation of commercial strategies aimed at driving growth and revenue streams.As the Senior Commercial Manager you will join a dynamic and ambitious team and work alongside Commercial Directors and Managers, as well as the Marketing team.Key Responsibilities:Develop, plan, and implement commercial plans and strategies to drive business growth.Collaborate to create creative commercial packages tailored to partner requirements.Monetize incoming site traffic through lead generation and advertising opportunities.Maintain a sales pipeline and identify opportunities for further revenue development.Acquire new partners, advertisers, and sponsors through relationship building and attending industry events.Retain existing clients and increase revenues.Provide regular reporting on sales growth, pipeline opportunities, and solution success.Track, measure, and analyse commercial metrics using KPIs.Achieve sales targets for the business.Contribute to the business development roadmap.Who You Are:Experienced in sales in both digital and offline channels.Innovative with the ability to deliver creative solutions aligned with partner needs.Knowledge of and experience in the travel industry.Able to collaborate effectively with the wider team, including Editorial.Experienced in working in a tech-led business, with knowledge of monetizing site traffic.If you have outstanding communication and presentation skills, leadership experience, a proven track record in successful digital sales and revenue generation, and a resilient, positive attitude then please get in touch with your CV ASAP!In return the company offers excellent benefits to include hybrid working and regular team socials!JBRP1_UKTJ
