We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Senior Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join our client's tOP Legal 500 law firm, as part of the exciting Property & Planning department based in Southampton. With 5+ years of experience, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. If you demonstrate high levels of accuracy and possess deep knowledge of client's needs and procedures, we want to hear from you.

Our client's property team is recognised as "outstanding" and holds a strong position as a leader in the south of England. Their property lawyers have built a well-deserved reputation for providing sound and pragmatic legal advice across all property matters.

As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer, you will be responsible for a variety of clients, including institutions, national businesses, private investors, developers, and private landowners. Your role will involve carrying out a range of high-quality work, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a generalist role with a focus on development work.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Effective negotiation skills
• Knowledge of property development or retail preferred, although not essential
• Dedication to delivering the highest level of client care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sense of initiative and enthusiasm
• Strong IT skills
