Senior Compensation Analyst
* Type: Permanent
* Location: London (Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, moving to 3 days from September)
* Salary: Up to £68,400 plus bonus

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global charitable foundation who are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the team. This organisation is renowned for its open, mission-driven culture and offers a unique blend of commercial and non-profit elements. This role focuses on the compensation aspect of reward, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead reward processes, engage in project work, and partner with senior stakeholders.
About the Role:
* Annual Salary and Bonus Review Process: Overseeing the entire process, ensuring data accuracy, making recommendations for change, and presenting information.
* Gender Pay Gap and Equal Pay Audit Processes: Leading the analysis and making recommendations, presenting findings to executives and people leadership teams.
* Salary Survey Process: Managing the survey process, currently using Willis Towers Watson methodology.
* Deferred Compensation Plans: Overseeing LTIP's for a small team, ensuring accurate calculations and payouts.
* RemCo Papers: Contributing to and completing RemCo papers for the investment and executive leadership teams.
* Role Benchmarking and Job Evaluation: Levelling roles within the organisation's structure and the Willis Towers Watson survey.
* Reward Projects: Collaborating with the Compensation and Recognition Manager on various reward projects, providing recommendations based on your experience.
Candidate Requirements:
* Extensive experience with annual salary and bonus review cycles, including leading on specific elements.
* Previous experience with deferred compensation and process management.
* Proficiency in completing salary surveys, preferably using Willis Towers Watson.
* Experience in job evaluation and role benchmarking.
* Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills.
* Familiarity with gender pay gap and equal pay audit reporting.
* Experience with HR systems.
* Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders.
