Senior Compliance Associate

This particular role is within a team who provide support to clients in UK Payment Services.Key responsibilities of the Senior Compliance Associate;Provide support to clients on the legislations and regulatory requirements around UK Payment Services;Maintaining knowledge of regulations such as Payment Services Regulations 2017 and the Electronic Money Regulations 2017;Reviewing client documents, applying the necessary legal and regulatory frameworks;Provide support for FCA applications for various Payments Services firms;Answering client questions from a technical perspective;Occasional responsibility to attend clients' sites to perform Payment Services tasks;Assist in development of the business and team as they continue to grow;Become a trusted advisor to clients to maintain relationships;Supporting peers within your direct team and sharing best practices.Experience required of the Senior Compliance Associate;Relevant regulatory experience in a Payments firm or EMI ;Ability to interpret and analyse data thoroughly;Be articulate in communications both written and verbally;Have a strong attention to detail ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner;Experience of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint;Strong ability to work within a team, whilst also having own initiative.This an excellent opportunity to join an expanding, award-winning specialist compliance consultancy with exciting growth plans.
