Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple construction projects, from planning to completion.
* Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
* Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
* Build and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.
* Mentor junior project managers and team members.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
* 8+ years in construction project management, with 5+ years in a senior role.
* Proven track record with large-scale projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
* PMP certification preferred.
